Our organisation uses formsubmit.co to process form submissions. FormSubmit's privacy policy can be found here. Their privacy policy states "FormSubmit is committed to processing some of the information with the only purpose of managing the platform and to fulfill the request from the users. Our organisation uses GMail for the provision of email services. We receive your form submissions via email to our GMail account.

If you request is verified we will publish your name as provided on the appropriate letter page. We will not publish or share your email address.

How do we store your data?

If your name is added to the letter it will be stored in the HTML of the appropriate webpage. Whilst the letter remains public we will also keep an archive of the emails we send and receive in GMail.
